Suggested Use:

Aromatherapy: Add 4- 5 drops to your diffuser to fill the room with this wonderful nature's scent.*

Topical Use: Add 4-5 drops to 10 ml of St. John’s Wort Oil or Pomegranate Seed Oil. Apply gently until absorbed.*

Bath/Shower: Mix 5 drops of Juniper Oil with 10 ml Jojoba or Coconut Oil and then pour the blend to your bath water for a calming bath.*
